Animal Shelter Grand Opening in Westerly!!!

About 3 years ago, KITE Architects was brought on to help the Stand Up For Animals (SUFA), a non-profit organization create a new pet adoption center where animals would be treated with compassion and dignity, and where every effort would be made to return pets to their owners or to place them in new, safe, and loving homes.  Now after 2 years of design, 2 different building sites, and 1 year of construction SUFA has had their grand opening.

SUFA in celebrated the opening of their new shelter and adoption facility on Saturday August 1st. If you'd like to visit and perhaps adopt a new animal companion, the facility is located at 33 Larry Hirsh Lane near the intersection of Route 78 and Route 91 in Westerly, RI.
